When you complete our contact form we collect your name, email address, contact number, postcode, subject and message. If you go on to book a design visit, we also collect the details we need to design and fit your furniture, such as your address and information about your room. Our website may also collect standard technical information, such as your IP address and browser type, through cookies and server logs.

How we use your information

We use your information to respond to your enquiry, arrange design visits, prepare quotes and carry out installations. Our lawful basis for this is to take steps at your request before entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in running our business and responding to customers.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We only share it with the people who need it to deliver your project, and with our website hosting and email providers who process data on our behalf. We may disclose information if required to do so by law.

How long we keep it

We keep your information only for as long as we need it to deal with your enquiry or project, and to meet our legal and accounting obligations, after which it is securely deleted.

You have the right to ask for a copy of the information we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, and to object to how we use it. To make a request, contact us using the details above.
