Modular Fitted Wardrobes
A flexible, cost-effective route to a built-in look, made to measure and installed by our own team.
What Are Modular Wardrobes?
Modular wardrobes are fitted wardrobes made from pre-sized sections that are configured and scribed to fit your room. You still get a made-to-measure, floor-to-ceiling finish, but the streamlined system costs less than a fully bespoke build. Examples of modular parts include carcasses, door panels, drawer units and internal fittings.
Modular suits straight walls and standard bedroom layouts. For sloped ceilings, chimney breasts and one-off shapes, a bespoke fitted wardrobe is the better fit.

Which Suits You: Modular or Bespoke?

What is the difference between modular and bespoke wardrobes?
Modular wardrobes use pre-sized sections joined and scribed to fit, which lowers the cost. Bespoke wardrobes are built entirely to measure for any shape or size. Both give a built-in look and a wide choice of doors and finishes.
Are modular wardrobes cheaper than bespoke?
Yes. Modular wardrobes are usually cheaper, because the sections are pre-sized rather than built from scratch. Our cost guide explains what drives the price of both.
Do modular wardrobes look fitted?
Yes. Modular wardrobes are scribed to the walls and fitted floor to ceiling, so they look built-in rather than freestanding. They are installed by our own fitters and finished to match the room.
